14-Day Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order provided the following conditions are met:
  • Return Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns.
  • Item Condition: All returned items must be in their original condition. This includes:
    • All original tags must still be attached.
    • The item must be unwashed and unworn.
    • The item should be in resellable condition without any signs of wear, stains, or damage.
  • Items with Bones: If the garment contains any form of boning (e.g., corsets, structured dresses), it must be returned flat to maintain its shape and avoid any damage to the structure of the garment. Please ensure it is folded properly when returning.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided with your return. If you do not have the original receipt, we may offer store credit or an exchange at our discretion.
  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, for your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
  • Final Sale Items: Certain items such as 'inperfections' clearance, or promotional items may be excluded from returns and are marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been processed and inspected. This may take up to 7 business days.
